Intellectual Property Right Barriers in the Textile Trade of Post-quota Era and the Solutions

在WTO框架下,知识产权壁垒是国际贸易障碍的主要形式之一,也日益成为我国纺织品在后配额时代进入发达国家市场的技术性门槛。我国纺织行业应在政府及行业协会的指导和扶持下,建立知识产权壁垒联合应对机制,通过技术创新掌握自主知识产权,并积极参与国际纺织品质量标准的建设。

Under the framework of WTO, the intellectual property right barrier is one of the main forms of international trade barriers and also gradually becomes the technological barrier for Chinese textile to enter the market of developed countries in the post-quota era. With the guidance and support of the government as well as the industrial association, Chi- nese textile industry should build combined mechanism in response to intellectual property right barriers, obtain independent intellectual property rights through technological innovations, and actively participate in the construction of international quality standard for textile products.
