Research on Food Safty Regulations based on Economic Analysis

本文从中国目前的食品安全问题出发,从经济学的角度分析食品市场的外部性、信息不对称以及公共物品带来的食品市场失灵。研究了包括政府、厂商和消费者的生产安全食品的模型和基于社会净收益最大化的食品安全治理,并在此基础上提出构建以政府、厂商、消费者和社会第三部门耦合互动的食品安全治理对策。

Base on problems of the food salty in china,the papers analyse the food market failure which is due to externalities , asymmetric information and the food salty as public goods in food markets from the economic point of view.The papers also do some researches on the food salty production model including government,manufactures and consumers and on the food safty regulation from the maximun benefit of the whole society,and proposed some policies concerning food safy regulations based on the coupling and interaction among the government,manufactures,consumers and the third section.
