研究建立"城市水污染控制和水环境综合整治标准体系"已列入"水体污染控制与治理"科技重大专项研究实施方案。着重讨论了相关背景,标准体系建立的必要性、依据和基础;提出了城市水污染控制和水环境综合整治的过程控制,标准体系的框架结构以及与相关标准体系的关系等。

The study of construction of the ＂urban water contamination control and water environment comprehensive improvement standard system＂ have been listed in the ＂control and treatment of water contamination＂ National Key Research Implement Plan.This paper preferentially discussed the relative background,and the necessary,reasons,and basis of the standard system construction;brought forth the process control of the urban water contamination control and water environment comprehensive improvement,and the relation between standard system framework construction and the relative standard system.
