摘要
塔机工作时产生的强大冲击和振动,会影响齿轮的正常工作并导致其过早失效。本文通过建立精确的塔机传动齿轮模型,借助有限元分析软件ANSYS对齿轮进行了模态分析,得到了齿轮的低阶固有频率和主振型,对解决实际工程结构的振动问题有一定的参考价值。
Pillar crane at work will produce a strong shock and vibration,will affect the normal operation of gear and premature failure. In this paper,through the establishment of a precise model of tower crane drive gear,through finite element analysis software ANSYS to gear a modal analysis has been the low-end gear natural frequencies and vibration mode. The solution of practical engineering structures on the vibration problem of a certain reference value.
