奥扎格雷钠治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on sodium ozagrel treatment for cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠在治疗蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)中的作用。方法:80例住院SAH患者随机分成两组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠治疗,分别在患者发病后3、7、14d行TCD及CT检查,观察两组患者出现CVS及再出血情况。结果:两组患者在发病后3d,CVS发病率无明显差异;在发病后7、14d治疗组CVS的发病率明显低于对照组,再出血发病率两组均无明显差异。结论:奥扎格雷钠能明显降低SAH患者迟发性CVS,不增加再出血风险。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of sodium ozagrel injection in acute and delayed cerebral vasospasm（CVS） after subarachnoid hemorrhage（SAH）. METHODS Eighty hospitalized patients with subaraehnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,ozagrel group （40 cases）and control group （40 cases）. All patients were treated with regular therapy, while the treatment ozagrel group were added with sodium ozagrel injection for two weeks. RESULTS There was no signifi cant difference in frequency of CVS between different groups on the 3rd day after SAH, but significantly decreased on the 7th and 14th day （P〈0. 01） in the treatment group. The difference in rebleeding was not significant between the two groups. CONCLUSION Sodium ozagrel injection may decrease the frequency of delayed cerebral vasospasm in SAH patients.
