新中国60年来广播电视科技事业的进步与辉煌(上)

Advancement of Radio and TV Science and Technology in the 60 Years since the Foundation of New China

2009年迎来了新中国60周年华诞,为了见证我国广播电视科技事业60年的辉煌成就,根据广电总局领导指示,以"新中国60年来广播电视科技事业的进步与辉煌"为题,撰写了这篇文稿。本文除供有关部门参考之外,主要是应邀参加2009年11月7日中国广播电视协会在南京举办的"辉煌60年·中国广播电视传媒论坛"主题论坛,作为主讲报告。在起草过程中,征求了部分有关资深专家对文稿提纲的意见;总局规划院信息所袁丽华、总局科技委秘书处白华等有关同志在资料收集、文稿整理等方面给予了大力支持,现得以刊载,深表谢意。鉴于本人水平有限,内容难免粗浅局限,仅供参考。

At the 60th anniversary of the New China’s foundation, the author writes this paper to introduce advancement of radio and TV science and technology. Based on large amount of materials, the author sums up brilliant and winding development of China’s radio and TV industry in four stages. So readers can have a comprehensive understanding about the 60 years’ achievement of the industry.
