Reform and Innovate,Integrate the Advantage Resources to Open Up a New Thinking for Technological System of Food and Drug Detection

目的探索药品检验机构管理模式。方法对广西食品药品检验机构在全国率先实施区域设置、垂直管理模式进行了调查研究,探讨和分析了管理中的利弊。结果与结论区域设置市(地)药品检验机构,有利于人、财、物资源的效能发挥和快速发展以及队伍素质、技术能力、检验检测水平的提升。

Objective For the sake of probing into the management pattern of provincial drug testing organizations. Methods The author made an investigation on the management of Food and Drug Testing Organizations in Guangxi Province, which took the lead in implementing the District Framework and Vertical Administration Pattern in the whole country, discussed and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages on the management. Results and Conclusion The facts proved that in the cities（prefectures） set up the district drug testing organizations was advantageous to the efficacy and rapid development of the human, financial, material resources; was advantageous to the improvement of the team quality, technical capacity, test and detection level.
