便携式演播室级MPEG-2硬件编码器的设计与实现

SC2210E encoding module of NTT Electronics Corporation is introduced. A portable studio class MPEG-2 hardware encoding system based on this module is designed and implemented. The application scenarios of this encoder is introduced. Experimental results show that the designed encoder has exquisite compact structure and can realize high quality video image real-time encoding with low time delay.
