摘要
根据我国能源配置现状,指出能源平衡与电力传输的关系,分析能源配置对电网发展的影响。给出黑龙江省能源分布和能源战略,分析了基于能源战略的电源布局和电网发展,提出了黑龙江电网的发展战略和发展目标。
Relationship between energy resources balance and power transmission was proposed according to the energy resources distribution in China. From this point of view, the impact of energy resources distribution on power grid development was given. Based on the energy resources distribution and its strategy, the layout of power supply and development of power grid in Heilongjiang were analyzed.
