摘要 利用漏磁场原理检测钢丝绳断丝,磁桥回路测量钢丝绳磨损信号,霍尔位移传感器检测钢丝绳直径变化,并实现在一个传感器中对上述诸多缺陷的综合检测.在信号处理方面,结合不同信号特征,设计了相应的电路和处理软件,实现了缺陷的定量检测. The method and principle of testing steel wire ropes are proposed. According to the ferromagnetic characterstic of the steel wire ropes, the drawback of the steel wire ropes is detected by the magnetic method, the magnetic flux leakage method is adopted to test the broken wires of the wire ropes, the wear of the wire ropes is detected by magnetic bridge circuit method and the Hall displacement sensor is applied to measuring the diameter of the wire ropes. All these methods are integrated into one detector. By designing corresponding the electronic circuit and signal processing software, the comprehensive drawback is inspected.
