产品平台中基于XML的工艺资源表示技术

摘要 分析产品平台中基础支持数据,并定义其中的工艺资源之间的四种关系,根据工艺资源数据的不同粒度和要求,建立以数据为中心的工艺资源和以文档为中心的工艺资源的XML描述方式,并讨论以碎片式、结构式和整体式三种可扩展标记语言(XML)资源到关系数据库的存储模式。建立基于XML的描述模板来定义资源数据显示模式,实现了数据与模板的分离。建立工艺资源信息的解释映射机制,实现术语的规范性以提高后续推理设计的高效性;提出产品平台中工艺资源数据与CAD系统定义零件属性的映射方法。最后根据工艺资源的不同粒度和表示方法,建立工艺信息的权重学习规则,把用户最常用的信息资源优先提供给用户。通过这些机制,使得工艺资源在整个产品平台中可为产品设计、工艺规划和组织生产等提供最便捷的支持。 The process resources type and four relationships in product platform were defined. Based on the process resources' dif- ferent granularity and structure requirements, the data-centric and document-centric XML representation method for process resources was established. Three ways of storing XML data to Relational Database ( RDB), which are debris and structured and Character Large Object(CLOB) storage modes, were discussed. Resources data display mode based on XML description template was defined to realize separation of data and template, so that the XML template was universal. The process resources information explanation and mapping mechanism was established to achieve the normative terms, as well as the CAD system could directly access the process information. Finally,3 rules of the process information weight learning mechanism were established according to the information granularity,and the most needed information was available to user. Through these mechanisms, the process resources can provide the most convenient support for product design, process planning, and organize production activities in the whole product platform.
