摘要
针对一种新型的可折叠式道路清障车,对其液压抱胎机构、液压折叠机构和液压举升机构进行机构设计与分析,采用协调曲线法,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对液压举升机构进行机构多目标函数的优化设计,得到液压举升机构的优化杆长,为运动学和动力学分析提供了必要的前提条件。
Presents a new type of the foldable wrecker, and mainly introduces the mechanism design of hydraulic embracing tire mechanism, hydraulic lifting mechanism and folding mechanism. Meanwhile, based on the coordinated curve method and the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, studies the optimal structural design of multiple objective function mechanism of hydraulic lifting mechanism in detail, and obtains the optimal length. The study results provide a prerequisite theoretical basis for the analysis of kinematics and dynamics.
