摘要
研究复摆颚式破碎机工作原理,建立动颚的运动模型,根据其模型开发了运动轨迹的计算机仿真软件,可以动态地显示动颚的运动情况,解出了进料口、出料口的最大水平和最大垂直位移及轨迹性能值,显示进料口、出料口位移的方向,解决了传统设计方法不能直观得到设计结果的问题,仿真结果为修改设计参数提供了依据。
Study the working principle of the compound pendulum jaw crusher and establish mathematical model of the jaw. According to the model, the computer simulation software for the motion trajectory is developed, the software can show the running situation of the moving jaw dynamically, calculates the max displacement of horizontal and vertical of the feed port and discharge port and the track performance of the feed port and discharge port, displays the direction of the shift of the feed port and discharge port, and solves the problem that visual design results can't be obtained directly by traditional design method. The simulation results lay the foundation for modification design parameters.
