本文以英语视听说国家精品课程为实验课程，对网上自主学习教学模式进行研究，强调通过课内和课外自主学习，培养学生的自主与终身学习能力；通过学习策略训练和信息技术应用，提高学生的英语听说技能和信息技术能力；通过应用技术创新和教学资源开发，为网上自主学习创造优越的软件和资源环境.

This paper mainly discusses an online-autonomous-learning teaching model and its application in the re- form of the State Quality Course English View, Listening and Speaking. The model advocates developing the students＇ learning autonomy and life-long learning abilities by combining in-class and out-of-class autonomous learning, enhancing the students＇ English listening and speaking skills and information technology capabilities through learning strategies training and the use of information technology, creating an ideal software and resource environment for online autonomous learning by way of technological innovation and the development of information resources.
