摘要
为了在把握海河流域整体特点的基础上,为流域内各地市开展污水再生利用规划提供针对性的指导,本文进行了污水再生利用战略分区研究。从水资源紧缺程度、用水合理性、经济可行性等3个方面选取了8个指标开展综合评价研究。针对海河流域污染型缺水严重的特点,引入水资源污染折减系数,以提高各地区的分异程度。通过对指标进行聚类分析,将海河流域以市域为基本单元聚合为6类不同的污水再生利用战略分区,并分别提出各区的污水再生利用规划调控特点,以指导各地区开展污水再生利用规划工作。
Strategic zoning wastewater reuse in the Haihe Basin was studied to provide specific guidance for regional wastewater reuse planning. Eight criteria for water shortages, rational water use and economic feasibility were chosen for the evaluations. Since there are serious shortages of water resources due to pollution of the Haihe Basin, the criteria contained a water resource reduction factor based on water quality. A cluster analysis of the data for the Haihe Basin resulted in six types of strategic development zones. The wastewater reuse regulation characteristics of each type was analyzed to guide future work.
