摘要
对血管造影(CTA)数据进行了冠状动脉的形状分析,以辅助临床诊断冠心病。提出了模糊距离变换的三维CTA的冠状动脉的形状分析的方法。利用几何拓扑性获取表面骨架和曲线骨架,计算模糊距离变换函数值,利用此函数值检测冠状动脉的直径、冠状动脉狭窄的位置、长度、狭窄的百分比和冠状动脉的分叉点位置。用仿真数据模型和真实临床数据进行了实验分析和检验。结果表明:此方法准确、省时,能作为临床诊断的有效辅助工具。
Shape analysis of the coronary artery of computerized tomography angiography (CTA) is an efficient tool for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease. The three dimensional coronary artery shape analysis is based on a vessel geometry topological and fuzzy distance transform. The surface and curvature is acquired using the local geometry topological construction. The fuzzy distance transform function is then computed. The coronary artery diameter, stenosis position, length and stenosis percent, and the bifurcation position can be efficiently detected using the fuzzy distance transform. Simulations and clinical data for coronary arteries show that the shapes are accurate and the analysis is very fast, which is quite useful tool in clinical diagnoses.
