我国上市商业银行成本效率和利润效率研究

A Study of the Cost Efficiency and Profit Efficiency of China’s Listed Commercial Banks

基于数据包络分析法（DEA）以及从成本效率和利润效率两方面对我国14家上市商业银行2001—2008年经营效率进行的考察，发现商业银行的利润效率（在54％～69％之间）明显低干成本效率（在73％～89％之间）；而存贷比率、不良贷款率、盈利能力、市场集中度是影响银行经营效率的重要因素。要切实提高我国上市商业银行的经营效率，必须从商业银行的成本效率和利润效率两方面加以提升。

Based on the data envelopment analysis method （DEA） , and through analyzing the operational efficiency of China＇s 14 listed commercial banks from 2001 to 2008 from the two aspects of cost efficiency and profit efficiency, the study of this paper finds that the profit efficiency of commercial banks （between 54% to 69%） is significantly lower than the cost efficiency （between 73% to 89% ）; such factors as the loan/deposit ratio, non-performing loans rate, profitability, market concentration are the important factors affecting the operational efficiency of the banks. In order to improve the operational efficiency of the China＇s listed commercial banks, it is essential to improve both the cost efficiency and profit efficiency of the commercial banks.
