摘要 提高视频图像的传输质量是网络拥塞控制方面的重要研究课题,在阐述了码率控制技术和实时视频传输的构架后,分析了基于丢包率和双丢包率阈值门限的拥塞控制机制以及VM8码率控制算法,指出了VM8码率控制算法的不足,所在并进行了相应的改进。根据当前丢包率,对未来的发送速率的变化做出预测,从而动态地决定缓冲区目标水位参数,使得改进后的算法对发送速率具有一定的预测性。实验证明,改进后的算法有效地提高了编码后的图像质量。 The research about improvement of video transfer is an important topic in netwok congestion control. Firstly, the code ratio control technology- and frame of real time video transfer are introduced. Secondly, congestion control mechanism about packets losing ratio and two thresholds of packets losing ratio is researched. Thirdly, the VM8 code ratio control algorithm is introduced. Subsequently, the lack of VM8 code ratio control algorithm is proposed, and the improvements about the algorithm are made. The improvements are mainly made that according as current packet losing ratio, the change of sending rate is forecasted, so the goal level parameters are determined dynamically. The improved algorithm has a forcast function to the sending rate. Experiment results indicate that the coded image quality is improved by using the new algorithm
