摘要
网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)是当前GIS技术热点,建设基于WebGIS的灌区地理信息系统,是促进和推广GIS在水利部门应用的有效方法。介绍了基于WebGIS的景电灌区地理信息系统的建设情况,分析了灌区地理信息系统的建设内容和原则,着重探讨了灌区地理信息系统的开发环境、软件体系结构、技术路线,最后确定了设计目标。地理信息系统在灌区管理中的应用,提高了灌区自动化管理水平和水的利用率,真正实现了灌区水利信息资源共享,提升了灌溉管理水平。
WebGIS becomes the hot spot of GIS technology in recent years. Construction of GIS for irrigation area based on WebGIS is an effective method for promoting and extending application of GIS in water resources departments. According to description for construction situation of GIS in Jingtaichuan electric irrigation district, the author carries out an analysis on the system construction contents and principles with its focus on researches on development environment, soltware system structure and technical route, and finally determines design objects. Application of GIS in irrigation area management improves automation management level and water utilization efficiency in irrigation area, which realizing water resources information sharing and improving management level in irrigation area.
