摘要
目的:探讨不同条件下低强度中频超声对宫颈癌细胞生长的影响。方法:以不同强度及时间的低强度中频超声作用于人宫颈癌CaSki细胞,用MTT法检测细胞死亡数量,找出细胞抑制率的总体趋势。结果:不同条件下的低强度中频超声幅照各组间细胞抑制率与对照组相比有统计学差异,且各组间也存在统计学差异。结论:单纯低强度中频超声对人宫颈癌Ca Ski细胞有较强杀伤作用,且与幅照的时间和强度呈明显相关性。
Objective:To investigate the effect of low-intensity ultrasound on the growth of human cervical cancer Ca Ski cells.Methods:The human cervical cancer Ca Ski cells were irradiated by low-intensity ultrasound with different intensity and time.The intensity of ultrasound(1.7MHz)was 0.65 W/cm2 and 0.8W/cm2,respectively.The exposure time was 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 s respectively:Ca Ski cells were incubated in 24 well culture plates for 24 hours after sonication and Cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay.Results: Cytotoxicity of ultrasound radiation on Ca Ski cells in the experimental groups was significantly higher than that in the controls(P0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound exposure can effectively inhibit the growth of Ca Ski cells.The effect is relevant to the intensity and exposure time of ultrasound radiation.
