《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》为珠三角地区高校的改革发展赋予了"科学发展、先行先试"的重大使命,同时也给粤东地区高校提供了难得的发展机遇,本文从社会服务面向、发展目标、办学类型、人才培养规格、办学层次、学科专业发展等六个方面阐述了粤东地区高校如何结合《规划纲要》的实施,对学校的办学定位进行战略调整,以实现自身的跨越式发展。
