摘要 进入21世纪,世界各国都在积极推进新一轮的教育改革,以迎接新世纪经济和社会发展的巨大挑战。关注学生学习结果的提升、促进教师教育和教师的专业发展、推动校本课程的开发、创新学校文化成为人们关注的焦点。我们相信,教师的专业成长不仅是教育改革成功的关键所在,而且是学校管理和持续发展的动力。
