主副井穿过高压油气岩层施工技术

摘要 根据油气储集特点及油气显示情况,划分井筒所穿过的含高压油气层和盖层,提出并实施了井筒穿过高压油气层的钻探、测压、排放、掘进、支护等施工技术方法。 Abstract Main and auxiliary mine shafts in Haishiwan Mine have sunk through a oil and gas bearing rock strata At the depth of 350 ~550 m of the mine shafts, there were gas pressures ranging from 6 3 ~8 1 MPa in the oil and gas bearing rock strata and oil leakage value of 6 5~10 kg/h from the strata Measures of sectional exploration and measurement, drainage, a short sectional excavation and lining, metal frame support of the surrounding rocks, smooth blasting, a concussion blasting for the oil and gas bearing rock strata and other safety measures were adopted for the successfully completion The detailed construction methods were including a drilling operation of 4 exploration and drainage bore holes when the excavation operation at a depth of 15 m in the oil and gas bearing rock strata When the gas pressure was over 0 74 MPa, there could be a gas outburst and an oil and gas drainage pipeline should be installed After a certain time operation of the drainage, when the gas pressure was less than 0 74 MPa, Nitrogen gas was injected with an injection pressure of 10 MPa When the oil and gas bearing strata opened up, a concussion blasting and metal support for the surrounding rocks should be needed Each excavation section had a height of 3 3 m Metal supports and concrete lining were conducted for each sectional excavation
