144,379例住院儿童疾病统计分析

Analysis of Diseases in 144379 Hospitalized Children

目的探讨儿童疾病特点及其变化趋势。方法对我院2003年-2007年收治的144,379例住院儿童疾病进行统计分析,采用TOP-SIS法综合评价各疾病对儿童健康的影响程度。结果影响儿童最主要的疾病是呼吸系统疾病、传染与寄生虫类疾病、起源于围生期疾病、先天性畸形疾病及消化系统疾病,占了总收治病人的70.4%。肿瘤排在对儿童健康综合影响程度的第五位,也是不容忽视的重要疾病。结论医院应优先组合资源配置,重点加强对这几大疾病的诊治力度,同时强调社会、政府对儿童健康积极的正面影响作用,从预防和治疗两方面改善儿童健康状况。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and variation tendency of children＇s diseases.Methods We analyzed 144 379 children＇s diseases and their influence degree on children＇s health by the law of TOPSIS comprehensively.Results The main diseases affecting children＇s health are respiratory diseases,infectious and parasitic diseases,diseases originated from the perinatal period,congenital deformities and digestive system diseases,accounting for 70.4% of total patients treated.Tumor,at the fifth degree of the combined effects on children＇s health,is also an important disease that can not be ignored.Conclusion Priority should be given to the allocation of resources,and to strengthen diagnosis and treatment of these major diseases.At the same time,we should emphasize the positive effects of community and society on children＇s health and improve their health from prevention and treatment.
