论医院图书馆在三级综合医院中的作用

Discussion on the role of Hospital Library in Tertiary General Hospital

医院的图书、文献是医院信息管理的重要内容。作为医学信息的一个重要分支,医学图书情报学的学科专业发展水平和高等教育水平都高于目前病案专业的发展水平。医院图书馆的管理、流程、现代化技术的应用等很多方面和病案管理有近似之处,但也有许多不同。通过对图书馆发展情况的了解和借鉴,能为病案的管理开启一些新的思路和方法,以达到触类旁通、事半功倍之功效。文章提出了图书、病案信息逐渐融合走向一体化趋势的论点,旨在探讨图书馆在医院中如何参与和发挥作用。

As the same position of medical records in the information system of hospital,books,literature and knowledge in the hospital are also important parts of hospital information management.Medical library and information science,as an important branch of medical information,its professional development of academic standards and higher education levels are higher than the current developing level of medical records.Hospital library management is similar to management of medical records in many aspects,as process,application of modern technology and so on,but there are also many differences.Perhaps through understanding of the development of libraries in medical information management,we can open some new ideas and methods for the management of medical records.This article discussed the role of hospital libraries in the hospital,from talking about how the library participate and play a role in the hospital,and finally led to the opinion that books,medical records and information should integrate gradually.
