PTP药箔基材生产工艺研究

摘要 采用拉伸试验、杯突试验、表面张力试验和针孔度检查,测定、分析了4种不同生产工艺方案样品的力学性能、破裂强度、表面张力以及针孔度,确定了合理的8011-H18状态PTP药箔基材生产工艺。结果表明:采用8011铝合金铸轧坯料可以生产高质量的PTP铝箔基材,在其冷轧至1.5mm时进行中间退火,退火制度为450~470℃/11~13h。通过对铸轧、冷轧和箔轧工艺的配合,可获得高表面质量和力学性能的PTP铝箔基材。 Mechanical properties,rupture strength,surface tension and pinhole degrees of samples produced with four different production techniques were measured and analyzed using tensile test, cup drawing test,surface tension test and pinhole inspection.Resonable production process of PTP drug foil substrate of 8011-H18 is determined.The results show that PTP aluminum foil substrate with high quality can be produced using 8011 Muminum alloy cast and rolled stock.
