摘要
阐述了以猪血为原料,利用现代生物工程分离技术,制备各种功能性物质的方法及其在食品、医药、日用化工等领域中的应用,并对猪血综合开发利用的前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the use of modern bio - engineering separation technology to prepare a variety of functional substance from porcine blood and its application in the field of food, medicine and daily chemical industry were described, as well as looking ahead the comprehensive development and utilization of porcine blood.
