摘要 分析和论证了用新型立井组合滑板取代钢轨罐道整体铸锡青铜滑板的必要性和可行性,并说明了采用新型立井组合滑板其经济效益和社会效益。 Abstract A sliding plate for a combined guide of a new mine shaft is mainly rolling sliding plate. The rail guide of the previous coal mine shafts were mostly made of solid tin/bronze. The prices were high and the service time was short, The consumption of the sliding plate was very high. One cage rail guide for a mine shaft hoisting operation will have a tin/bronze alloy consumption about 2 t and a material cost of RMB 300,000 to 400,000. There are many mine shafts still using such sliding plates in China and the total consumption is very high each year. After the research and test, the completed sliding plate is rebuilt to be a combined sliding plate. The combined sliding plate is consisted of sliding plate base, sliding plate liner and top/low jammed plates. The sliding plate base is made of high strength material. The base was a quick -wear parts and has become a permanent parts. The weight of the liner is only 25 % of the completed sliding plate. The liner was made of iol bearing casting and special graphite component material. After a three month industrial trial in coal mines, the trail results shown that abrasion was very low, almost as zero. Such combined sliding plate can make a mine shaft with a material saving of RMB 3000, 000/year, in comparison with the tin/bronze alloy sliding plate. The economic benefit of the combined plate is very great.
