处理煤系硫铁矿的新途径

摘要 阐述了用γFe2O3·H2O及FeO(OH)处理煤系硫铁矿的方法及最佳条件。试验表明在γFe2O3·H2O的量为60g/L,溶液酸度在pH05~10范围内,通入03L/min的空气并加热至沸的情况下,对10g/L硫铁矿反应16h,硫铁矿硫脱除率可达90%以上,比单纯用FeCl3氧化硫铁矿快3h以上。 AbstractA distance measuring principle with ultrasonic wave was applied to the monitoring and measuring system Sensors with the ultrasonic wave can measure a time of return wave for a material level Then a distance can be calculated and converted to a percentage current signal output The advantages of the sensor has a quick speed and a high signal and noise ratio This system has a high application According to the different coal bunkers, relative sensors and different initial parameters selected can make a suitable material level monitoring and measuring system In addition, the system has 485 and 232 communication channel functions In a place required a central control, each coal bunker can equipped a one set of monitoring and measuring system Then, the date can be transmitted to a computer in the central control room with connected interfaces The computer can display and control the data Therefore the production efficiency can be increased
