摘要
介绍了流化床选煤的基本特性和分选原理。从气固两相流的相互运动和作用入手,研究选煤流化床中气泡的行为及其对分选过程的影响,通过实验研究得出选煤流化床气速的操作范围,建立了煤炭在流化床中的分选模型。
Abstract This paper introduced a basic features of a fluidized-bed coal preparation, such as a separation principle. From a mutual movement and action of air - solid two phase flow, the paper studied the action of air bubbling in the coal preparation fluidized-bed and the influence of the separation processing. After a lab study, an air velocity operation rang of the fluidized-bed was made and a separation mode of coal fluidized-bed was made. This is a new dry separation technology with a high efficiency and high accuracy which will be new and effective access to the coal separation in water shortage area and low temperature area.
