摘要 介绍张双楼西风井冻结施工复合滑动井壁壁间乳化沥青注浆方法及工艺,并对乳化沥青注浆工艺与效果进行分析。 Abstract The West Ventilation Shaft of Zhangshuanglou Mine has used a double mine shaft lining with an asphalt in between. During the construction of the shaft lining, an emilsified asphalt was grouted in between the double lining. The asphalt has a sliding function and also has a water proof function. The emulsified asphalt is made of asphalt, water and emulsion. With a certain amount of PL-1 emulsion broken agent, the emulsified asphalt will be became a sticking asphalt. With a rate of 2:1 emulsified asphalt and emulsion broken agent, the grouted material in between lining will have chemical reactions. To control a density of the emulsion broken agent, a asphalt reduction time can be controlled. When the emulsified asphalt reduced, there is some water released. With a cement grouting, a certain amount of water can be pressed out. The final grouting pressure for the emulsified asphalt was 4 MPa. A QZB-50/60 grouting pump was used. There ware 4 to 5 grouting holes per one meter of along the mine shaft diameter. The depth of the grouting was 290 m. There ware 52.6 t emulsified asphalt, 26 t of emulsion broken agent and 26 t cement grouted. There is no water leakage during the two years of the mine shaft in application.
