摘要
以新集矿区立井提升井架和以高耸结构、高层建筑控制水平位移与电梯垂直提升实践为借鉴,论述建造井塔或井架的合理性以及加大井架高度的可能性,并辅以经济分析。
Abstract For a deep mine hoisting,a mine shaft tower or headframe with a high of 50 80 m is a high structure building.At the present,for the mine shaft tower or steel headframe with multi rope wheel hoister,the mine shaft tower mainly is a box type reinforced concrete structure.The advantages are a in door running and maintenance,no steel rope exposed,a good operation condition and a simple maintenance and is welcomed by the electrical departments and plants.The disadvantages of the tower are the structure too complicated,the requirements of the base and foundation too serious,the engineering work too large,the cost too high,the construction time too long and no favorable to earthquake resistance.The headframe is a steel headframe and the advantages are a light weight,a strong suitability,a short construction time,a favorable to earthquake resistance and a lower cost.The dissadvantages are a high deformation,the headframe and partial hoisting equipment including steel rope in open operation,a high maintenance word and a large land area.In a large mine construction,when a geological condition is good,a earthquake level no too high and the construction time is available,the mine shaft tower can be used.When the earthquake level may be over 8 degrees,the steel headfame should be considered from a safety point.When a construction period too short and the earthquake in the local area too high,a steel shaft tower should be considered.
