甲亢患者外周血白细胞及其VCS参数观察 被引量:1

Changes of leukocyte and its VCS parameters in peripheral blood of hyperthyroidism patients

摘要 目的分析甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者外周血白细胞数量及其VCS变化。方法以LH750全自动血细胞分析仪对60例甲亢患者外周血自细胞检测,比较白细胞及其分类的数量变化;同时进行VCS参数的数据分析。结果60例甲亢患者单核细胞相对计数和单核细胞绝对计数分别为(9.0±3.1)%、(4.8±1.9)×10^8/L,均高于对照组的(6.5±2.3)%、(3.6±1.2)×10^8/L,两组之间差别显著(P〈0.01)。甲亢患者具有LMR、中性粒细胞V-均值、淋巴细胞C-均值均降低的特征。LMR的敏感性和特异性分别为72.7%、50.8%(cutoff值=4.0)。中性粒细胞V-均值、淋巴细胞C-均值对甲亢的诊断具有较高的敏感度(ROC下面积分别为0.629、0.706)。结论甲亢患者外周血单核细胞数量上升,LMR比值降低,白细胞VCS参数有助于临床上甲亢的诊断。 Objective To analyze the changes of leukocyte and its VCS parameters in peripheral blood of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods Leukocyte in peripheral blood of 60 hyperthyroidism patients were detec- ted by using Beckman Coulter LH750 hematology analyzer, meanwhile classification and VCS parameters of leukocyte were analyzed. Results The relative and absolute counting of monocytes in 60 hyperthyroidism patients were(9. 0 ± 3.1 ) %, (4. 8 ± 1.9 ) ×10^8/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those of healthy controls (P 〈 0. 01 ). LMR, neutrophil V means and lymphocyte C means were decreased in hyperthyroidism patients. The sensitivity and specificity of LMR were 72. 7%, 50. 8% ( cutoff = 4. 0 ) respectively. Neutrophil V means and lymphocyte C means showed a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism( areas under the ROC curves were 0. 629,0. 706 respectively). Conclusion An increased monocytes and a decreased LMR ra- tion were found in hyperthyroidism patients ,which made leukocyte and its VCS parameters contribute to diagnose of hyperthyroidism.
