摘要
目的分析甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）患者外周血白细胞数量及其VCS变化。方法以LH750全自动血细胞分析仪对60例甲亢患者外周血自细胞检测，比较白细胞及其分类的数量变化；同时进行VCS参数的数据分析。结果60例甲亢患者单核细胞相对计数和单核细胞绝对计数分别为（9．0±3．1）％、（4．8±1．9）×10^8／L，均高于对照组的（6．5±2．3）％、（3．6±1．2）×10^8／L，两组之间差别显著（P〈0．01）。甲亢患者具有LMR、中性粒细胞V-均值、淋巴细胞C-均值均降低的特征。LMR的敏感性和特异性分别为72．7％、50．8％（cutoff值=4．0）。中性粒细胞V-均值、淋巴细胞C-均值对甲亢的诊断具有较高的敏感度（ROC下面积分别为0．629、0．706）。结论甲亢患者外周血单核细胞数量上升，LMR比值降低，白细胞VCS参数有助于临床上甲亢的诊断。
Objective To analyze the changes of leukocyte and its VCS parameters in peripheral blood of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods Leukocyte in peripheral blood of 60 hyperthyroidism patients were detec- ted by using Beckman Coulter LH750 hematology analyzer, meanwhile classification and VCS parameters of leukocyte were analyzed. Results The relative and absolute counting of monocytes in 60 hyperthyroidism patients were（9. 0 ± 3.1 ） %, （4. 8 ± 1.9 ） ×10^8/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those of healthy controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. LMR, neutrophil V means and lymphocyte C means were decreased in hyperthyroidism patients. The sensitivity and specificity of LMR were 72. 7%, 50. 8% （ cutoff = 4. 0 ） respectively. Neutrophil V means and lymphocyte C means showed a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism（ areas under the ROC curves were 0. 629,0. 706 respectively）. Conclusion An increased monocytes and a decreased LMR ra- tion were found in hyperthyroidism patients ,which made leukocyte and its VCS parameters contribute to diagnose of hyperthyroidism.
