摘要
目的探讨宫颈液基薄层细胞制片技术(LCT)及TBS报告系统在宫颈病变检查中的应用价值。方法收集我院1257例宫颈细胞标本,采用液基薄层细胞制片技术和TBS报告系统诊断,对细胞学诊断阳性的标本进行阴道镜活检和组织病理学诊断,所有病例的诊断均双盲进行。结果1257例中细胞学检出鳞状细胞癌(SCC)8例,高级别鳞状上皮病变(HSIL)21例,低级别鳞状上皮病变(LSIL)34例,与活检病理诊断符合例数分别为:SCC100.00%(8/8),HSIL90.47%(19/21)和LSIL94.11%(32/34)。结论宫颈液基薄层细胞制片技术和TBS报告系统对宫颈病变检出阳性率较高,与组织学诊断符合率高,是临床宫颈病变检查的好方法。
Objective To study the value of liquid-based thinlayer cytology and TBS for cervical diseases diagnosis. Methods This study screen 1257women from August 2007 to August 2009 in this hospital. The cytologic diagnosis was performed using the Bethesda system (TBS)on the liquid-based thinlayer cytology. The results of cytologic diagnosis compare with the results of histopathologic diagnosis. All the diagnosises were performed in an independent and blinded fashion. Results All cases were able to detect 100% (8/8) of squamous cell carcinoma ( SCC ), 90.47 % ( 19/21 ) high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion ( HSIL), 94. 11% ( 23/34 ) low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL). Conclusion The liguidbased thinlayer cytology test and the Bethesda System(TBS)is a sensitive of cervical cancer diagnosis.
