经直肠超声引导下“6+X”前列腺穿刺活检术诊断前列腺癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of diagnosing prostatic cancer by transrectal ultrasound guided "6+X" point puncture biopsy of prostate

目的探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的临床价值。方法对临床怀疑前列腺癌40例患者进行经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检。结果共检查出前列腺癌21例,前列腺增生15例,不典型增生2例,慢性前列腺炎症2例。结论经直肠超声引导下前列腺"6+X"点穿刺活检是诊断PCA的一种安全有效的检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of prostate in detecting prostatic cancer. Methods Prostatic puncture and biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound was per- formed in 40 patients suspected of prostate cancer. Results 21cases were prostatic cancer,15 benign hyperpla- sia,2 atypical hyperplasia,2 chronic prostatic inflammation. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound guided ＂6 ＋ X＂ point puncture biopsy of the prostate is a safe and effecitve method to diagnose prostate carcinoma.
