锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折18例体会

The clinical study of treatment of humeral surgical neck with locking compression plate in 18 cases

目的探讨锁定加压接骨板(LCP)在肱骨外科颈骨折中的应用效果。方法采取切开复位内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折18例。结果术后随访时间8～15个月(平均12个月),均获骨性愈合。采用Neer评分方法评定疗效,优良率88.8%,手术疗效显著。结论肱骨外科颈骨折应用LCP治疗固定牢靠,无伤口感染,无骨折不愈合或骨折延迟愈合等并发症。可早期进行功能锻炼,肩关节功能恢复良好。

Objective To explore the clinical results of Humeral surgical neck fracture treated with prox- imal humeral interlocking plates. Methods All the 18 patients with Humeral surgioal neck fracture received the treatment of interlocking plate. Results Of 18 patients and all finished follow-up,all fractures healed successful- ly. To evaluate the postoperative function by Neer Scoring Criteria of shoulder joint function,the excellent rate was up to 88. $ %. Conclusion It is absolutely reliable to use the method of proximal humeral interlocking plates trea- ting Humeral surgical neck fracture with rare post operative complications. The clinical results are satisfied.
