摘要
目的观察甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法将47例患者随机分为2组,治疗组24例予甘草泻心汤加减治疗;对照组23例以葡萄糖酸锌氯己定含漱液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为82.6%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the clicinal efficiency of Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Puring Stomach-Fire in treating patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 47 patients were randomly divided into two groups,24 patients in treated group were treated with Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Puring Stomach-Fire,and 23 patients in the control group were treated with chlorhexidine gluconate gargle.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate in treated group was 95.8%,while in the control group,it was 82.6%.showing significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Puring Stomach-Fire has significant clinical effect in treating patients with recurrent oral ulcer.
