黄河故道地区古老优良酿造葡萄品种——“宿晓红”的开发和利用 被引量:2

摘要 一、前言“宿晓红”葡萄原名“小黑”.粒小、颜色深黑色,系我市独有的古老优良酿造品种,相传栽培历史已有400多年.据市志1901年记载:“宿迂城南半壁甸一带黄河堤上,多处连片栽培棚架黑葡萄,(即宿晓红)。”1954年以来,经中国科学院植物研究所北京植物园。
