摘要 针对胜炼连续重整装置四合一加热炉排烟温度较高的问题,增设余热回收系统,降低排烟温度,合理的避开烟气露点腐蚀,最终提高加热炉热效率,达到节能降耗的目的。 Aimed at the problem of high discharge smoke temperature problem existing in quadruple furnace of continuous reformer in Shengli refinery,waste heat recovery system was added to reduce further discharge smoke temperature so as to avoid reasonably dew point corrosion of exhaust gas.Heat efficiency of furnace was improved,and reached the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing.
