摘要 针对乙腈法抽提丁二烯装置精制单元生产过程中存在的控制难点,在DCS常规控制系统基础上,采用高级多变量鲁棒预测控制软件建立先进控制系统。应用后改善了生产过程的操作平稳性,提高了丁二烯收率,降低了单位生产能耗。 Aimed at the control difficulties existing in production course of acetonitrile extraction plant for the refining butadiene,an advanced process control system was built up by application of advanced Robust Multivariable Predictive Control software basing on the conventional DCS control system.After the application of advanced process control system,operation stability of the production process was improved,the yield of butadiene was increased,and unit consumption of energy was reduced.
