摘要
分析了转运点煤尘产生的原因,并针对造成煤尘外泄、影响除尘效果的原因,分别采取了改良设备密封、优化除尘设备参数等方法,对现有设备进行改造,使转运点的煤尘外溢状况有了明显改善。环境煤尘浓度降至5.03mg/m3。
Analyzed the reason coal dust fornamation in reloading point,and aimed at the reason for coal dust leakage and influence factors of dedusting effect,the revamp for the equipments used by way of equipment sealing modification,optimization of dedusting equipment parameters was undertaken.After the revamp,coal dust leakage situation was obviously improved,and environment coal dust concentration was reduced to 5.03mg/m^3.
