结合高校的特点,运用对比分析的方法,分析目前高校资金来源的主要渠道及其存在的问题。实现高校投融资可持续发展应利用融资租赁模式,创新高校融资机制;利用BOT模式融资,推进高校后勤社会化;加强中外合作办学,引进优质教育资源;积极推进产学研结合,加快高校科技企业发展;争取社会捐助和国际援助;规范资产管理,提高资金使用效益。

Analyzing the main sources of funds and the existing problems in universities, the paper maintains that the university＇s financing system be established to achieve the sustainable development of investment and financing by means of financing and leasing model. The use of BOT model of financing would promote the socialization of college logistic. The Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools contributes to the introduction of high-quality educatiorial resources. The enhancement of the combination of enterprise, teaching and research could speed up the development of high-tech enterprises of universities. It is indispensible to strive for the public donation and the international aids, and optimize asset management to improve capital efficiency.
