加强师德师风建设,是建设高素质教师队伍的关键,也是提高大学核心竞争力的关键,更是高校发展的灵魂。爱是高校师德建设的基石和灵魂,而教师应当爱教育、爱学生、爱生活、爱自己。

It is a very important factor in building up a contingent of teachers who are sound in moral character and good in professional competence that the teaching staff could a high standard adhering to human moral principles and ethical guidelines. The author of this paper proposes that love is the foundation of the code of ethics for teachers, and that teachers should love education, love students, love life and love themselves.
