以全球气候问题层出不穷,环境安全迫在眉睫,为了人类的"可持续发展",作为耗能大户、对环境负有重大影响的建筑业,应对以往高投入、高耗能、高污染、低效绩的黑色作业方式进行改进,在实施绿色作业的同时,不仅增强人们的环境安全意识,更使得环境安全在建筑的全生命周期运行过程中能够落实。为此各国在着眼本国建设时,应以最经济的能耗、最小的环境破坏和最大的利益所得,建设具有民风民情、地域风貌家园的同时,更要兼顾世界的环境安全,以使人类在更长远的将来,共享地球带给人类的福祉。因此扼制人类欲望、遵循生态原则、倡导低碳生活是人类可持续发展的必然选择。

Faced with a variety of issues about global climate and environmental security, the construction industry, an energy hog which has a significant impact on the environment, is expected to improve its black practice for the sake of ＂sustainable development＂. Granted that the black practice used to be of high investment, high energy consumption, heavy pollution and low performance, the implementation of the green practice would not only enhance people＇s awareness of environmental security, but also make it sure in the full life cycle of buildings. Based on the construction concept of lowest energy consumption, minimal damage to the environment and the maximum interests, account should be taken into building homes of regional style and keeping the security of the world environment to retain a longer future for human beings. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice to curb the human desires, follow ecological principles, and advocate a low-carbon life for the sustainable development.
