Improving the Quality of Undergraduate Education by Modifying the Cultivation Mode

针对传统人才培养模式中存在的主要问题,提出构建高等学校复合型人才培养模式具体措施。通过采用研究型教学模式和推广学生自主管理模式,达到锻炼学生综合素质,提高本科生培养质量的目的。构建复合型人才培养模式应注意重构教育理念,确定配套考核方式和重视传统教学方式。

The paper discusses problems in the conventional talent training model and propose practical measures to establish a better one for compound talents in higher education. It is believed that the use of the research-based teaching style and the promotion of student self-management contributes to obtaining the aim to improve the overall quality and the professional competence of undergraduates. In establishing the compound talents training model, attention should be paid to the reconstruction of educational concept, the determination of a set of assessment system, and integration of the traditional teaching methods.
