大连近代华商油坊业的初步考察

A Preliminary Study of Soybean Oil Mill in Modern Dalian

大连油坊业在日俄战争后迅速崛起,成为东北油坊业的中心,经历了最初的手工制作,达到"油坊之都"称号的"黄金时代"的鼎盛时期。但最终在日本殖民当局的统治垄断之下而走向衰落。分析研究其兴衰之原因与教训,对认识东北民族华商工业意义重大。

Abstract： The soybean oil mill in Dalian grows rapidly after the Russo-Japanese War and makes Dalian the oil industry center of Northeast. But the industry declines under the Japanese colonial rule. It is of great significance to analyze the reason of the rise and fall of the national industry in the Northeast.
