摘要
文章首先介绍TMN的基本功能和基本原理，阐述它的一些核心概念，包括它的功能块、参考点和接口等，然后对TMN的总体结构进行了论述。最后针对TMN实现的关键部件──Q－Adaptor进行讨论，提出在现有网络中实现TMN的两种方法，并对两种方法作了较细致的比较。
:This article introduces the principles and functions of TMN. Some key conceptions are elaborated, including its function blocks, reference points, and interfaces et al. Then thearchitecture of the TMN is expounded. Finally we discuss the Q - Adaptor, which is the keycomponent to implement the TMN. The legacy networks can be changed to TMN in two ways,which are discussed thoroughly in the end.
