摘要
本文从资产形态转化与价值变化、高校运行等不同角度审视高校在负债问题上面临的尴尬,首次提出了在负债压力下高校减少运行支出的选择模式,研究了负债的衍生问题以及这些问题对高校的潜在影响。
A discussion is presented on the dilemma faced by universities due to their debts from perspectives of asset transformation,value changes and university operations.An investigation is made into a number of debt-related problems and their potential effects on the borrowing universities.Options are proposed for reducing the university operating expenditure.
