摘要
根据教师的教学方法和理念,以及学生的专业方向、学习方法和能力等方面存在的差异,可把基础课程的教学模式分为ABC三个类型。在先进而灵活的教学管理手段和科学的人才培养质量评价体系的支撑下,师生间通过实行双向选择,自由选择不同类型的教学模式,从而实现真正意义上的因材施教和学生的个性化发展,全面提高基础课程的教学质量,以培养出更多的多元化人才和精英人才。
The teaching of basic courses may be divided into three approaches,A,B or C,in accordance with teachers' methodology and theoretical background as well as students' majors,learning methods and abilities.A flexible teaching management mechanism and a scientific evaluation system make it possible for teachers and students to make a free selection among different teaching approaches to enable truly targeted teaching and individualized student development.This practice will help raise the overall quality of basic course teaching and cultivate more all-around talented people.
