摘要
我国工商管理教育着重于成熟企业的经营研究,对于前期如何创立企业和后期如何破产清算涉及较少。文章从企业管理的三个阶段和工商管理教育的整合还原视角,研究了以上教学割裂的主要成因,并从引进创业管理和危机管理,整合课内外实践教学,用科研带动教学等三个方面,提出了相应的对策建议。
Business administration education in China lays more emphasis on the operation of established enterprises than the starting of a new enterprise or the liquidation of a bankrupt business.The causes of this imbalanced teaching are analyzed in view of the three stages of corporate management and better integrated business administration education.Recommendations are offered for introducing management for starting an enterprise and crisis management,incorporating classroom teaching with practice activities,and strengthening research to enhance teaching.
